Pro Putt Systems a Division of BP Global Holdings will warranty all parts from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship, fading, unnatural wear for 10 years (Turf) and for 5 years (Panels & Accessories). Pursuant to manufacturer warranties.
Ordering and Shipping Information
Free Shipping and/or Flat Rate Shipping is applicable for Continental US (lower 48 States) shipments only.
North Carolina Tax: We charge a 7.25% sales tax to orders shipping to North Carolina.
Orders Outside North America: We do not ship outside of North America, nor do we ship to remote regions of Canada.
Canadian orders, as well as any foreign orders we do decide to accept, will be subject to a 3.5% currency exchange fee in addition to the cost of the item(s).
We do ship to heavily populated Canadian Provinces and these shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart at order. We do not collect import taxes at the time of sale, these taxes are collected by the UPS Clearing Agent when the shipment crosses the border. These taxes will be due from the receiver at the time of receipt of the delivery.
International Returns are not available on any products.
Packing Errors, Peak Season Delivery and Freight Delivery Service
Pro Putt Systems makes every attempt to pack each panel and accessory as accurately as possible. We also handle a very large amount of custom orders each month. We maintain a packing accuracy rate over 99.4%. However, particularly during peak seasons, there is a possibility for a packing mistake. In the event a panel or accessory, or group of panels or accessories is missing from your order, we will ship any and all missing pieces, we have in stock, via UPS ground, at our expense, on the very next business day which our shop is open. Items not in stock will be shipped on the day in which inventory of these items is replenished.
Due to the bulk of our products, expedited (Overnight, 2 day, 3 day select or the like) delivery is not available free of charge, in the event of a packing error. We are one of the only companies in North America which handles custom putting greens of all shapes and sizes on a regular basis. In an attempt to maintain an affordable price on these custom orders, we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time, nor can we expedite delivery in the event of a rare packing error of a custom green or standard offering. In the event you would prefer expedited delivery of said items, please request this in writing via email and we will quote the overage for this expedited shipping cost. An overage is the amount in excess of a standard ground delivery. The delta between standard and expedited will be the amount you will be required to pay, in advance, via credit card in order for the parts to leave our shop at this expedited service level.
Freight Shipping
All orders where the roll width is greater than 10′ will require Freight Shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – IT IS THE RECEIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DO A FULL VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL TO ENSURE THE TURF OR BOXES HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION!
IF THERE IS ANY EXTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE DELIVERY, TAKE A CELL PHONE PICTURE OF THE SHIPMENT AND BE SURE TO REQUIRE THAT THE DRIVER MAKE NOTE, IN HIS OWN WRITING, ON THE BILL OF LADING, THE NATURE OF THE DAMAGE WHICH HAS BEEN FOUND.
BE SURE TO REQUEST A COPY OF THE BOL WITH THESE NOTES ON IT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
IF THIS INSPECTION AND SUBSEQUENT NOTE HAS NOT BEEN MADE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, WE CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RE-PURCHASE THE DAMAGED ITEMS.
On custom orders where freight shipping is required, it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to remove the items from the truck when the driver arrives at their delivery location.
Freight drivers do not assist in the unloading or placement of your pallets, rolls of turf or boxes in your home or garage. In certain instances, a driver may not be able to access your neighborhood in a standard 18 wheel truck. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional cartage service fees applied to their delivery invoice.
If you would like to request lift gate service or inside delivery, you can do so and arrange for payment with the freight service center which schedules your delivery. These additional charges are the responsibility of the consignee (receiver) in all cases.
Cancellations and Returns
US orders only- If a customer cancels an order prior to shipment, there will be a 2.9% fee (Visa/MC) or 3.9% fee (Amex) for processing the credit card transaction.
If a customer chooses to return a Pro Putt Systems product for any reason other than damage or poor workmanship, there will be a 15% restocking fee, due to the fact that the product will need to be unpacked, re-packed and inventoried.
*CUSTOM ORDER PUTTING GREEN ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PROCESSING PAYMENT, BEYOND 24 HOURS, CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE*
Custom orders: in all cases it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify and warrant all dimensions prior to placing the order for a green. The dimensions shown on our quote sheet are official once the invoice is paid. In the event a green is shipped which matches the quote sheet and the quote sheet does contain an error, the responsibility falls on the buyer to remedy and buyer will hold Pro Putt Systems, LLC harmless. The quote sheet is in essence a “PROOF” for the transaction. Completing the order is evidence that you have “signed” this proof.
All returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the goods back to PRO PUTT SYSTEMS a division of BP Global Holdings, Inc. at his or her expense. All goods must be returned in like new condition. Parts that are not returned in like new condition will not be credited back to the customer.
True Strike Accessory products such tees, tee receivers and strike mat replacements are not returnable under any circumstances.
If packaging is received damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to have the truck driver make note of these damages at the time of delivery in order for PRO PUTT SYSTEMS, LLC to file a damage claim. Shipments that are not reported to have arrived damaged are the responsibility of the customer. PRO PUTT SYSTEMs, LLC will not be allowed to file a claim if damage was not reported at the time of delivery and will not replace these parts.
If damaged boxes are noted at the time of delivery, and the product inside is damaged, PRO PUTT SYSTEMS A DIVISION, LLC will replace those parts at our expense.
Any missing boxes must be noted with the shipping company upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer NOT to sign off on a bill of lading prior to inventorying the number of boxes received as compared to the shipping records. PRO PUTT SYSTEMS, LLC will not be responsible for replacing missing freight that was not reported at the time of delivery.
Products do occasionally get lost and damaged by the freight companies. Your cooperation in this matter will help us keep our freight costs and inventory losses down by holding the freight companies accountable for their errors. In turn, this will help hold down our product costs.
Stolen items which have been delivered by UPS are the responsibility of the receiver. UPS makes every possible attempt to deliver in a safe manner. If you live in a high crime area, you will need to have the items shipped to a safe third party receiver.
The policies expressed here supersede any verbal agreements made by Pro Putt Systems, LLC staff or agents.
