The Elite Base
Every standard model is built from one 22.75 in square panel and two shaped edge pieces. Nothing is cut on site.

The panels interlock with tabs along every shared edge, so the base is one stiff plane, not a mat on a floor. Each panel weighs about 8 lb, with a honeycomb underside, and the platform is strong enough to drive a truck on. Laid together, a panel takes up 23 in, so a room is planned in 23 in steps. The perimeter is molded edge pieces: a panel with one rounded corner, and a deep-curve piece for the sharper transitions on the L-shaped models. Because the pieces are fixed shapes on a fixed grid, every model can be drawn to the inch before it ships, and it can be taken apart and moved. The base drains, so the same green goes indoors or out, and it flexes over the undulation kit so putts break.
