From owners
From ordering to rolling putts in my house took about 10 days total even with the lost items that pro putt systems reshipped to me.
Brian Barry and Heather Arnold walked me through the process. I have a "Man Cave - Golf Room" that is the envy of everyone who visits.
About the True Strike Academy
The True Strike Academy is an 80 x 52 in golf hitting mat for teaching tees, club fitters and college golf programs. The gel strike section sits in the center between four range sections, so left and right handed players hit every shot from wedge to driver without moving the mat.
Who it is for
Coaches, fitters and indoor training centers where more than one golfer hits from the same station. College programs including Gonzaga, Princeton and Harvard use it, and it pairs with launch monitors such as the Foresight GCQuad, Trackman and FlightScope.
Before you order
Allow 80 x 52 in plus room to swing on both sides. A ball tray can replace either edge trim later. The Academy is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Before you ask
Questions, answered
Can left and right handed golfers share the True Strike Academy?
Yes. The gel strike section is centered with two range sections on each side, so either hander steps up without reconfiguring the mat.
Does the Academy work with a launch monitor?
Yes. Side-reading units see the ball from either side, and the range sections rotate to bring the tee into a rear-reading monitor's line. WP names the Foresight GCQuad, Trackman and FlightScope.
Can the Academy be used outdoors?
Yes. It is designed for indoor and outdoor situations, from country club teaching tees to indoor training centers.
Does the Academy come with a ball tray?
No. It ships with two edge trims. A ball tray can be added later in place of either trim.
