About the Ball of Steel 3-Pack
The Ball of Steel 3-Pack is a set of heavy putting training balls for golfers working on solid contact. Because the ball is heavy, it rolls off the face slowly: a mis-hit on the toe, heel, high or low on the face shows immediately, and the weight demands a stroke with energy at impact. It is made for putts under 6 feet.
Who it is for
Golfers practicing short putts at home or on the practice green who want feedback on contact, deceleration and shaft angle at impact.
How it compares
The MyRoll 2 Color Ball 3-Pack is a regular-feel training ball whose center line shows face angle and roll, and is made for filming. The Ball of Steel is the heavy option, for contact and stroke energy.
Before you order
The Ball of Steel is made for putts under 6 feet; longer putts may damage the club or cause injury.
Before you ask
Questions, answered
How far can I putt the Ball of Steel?
It is made for putts under 6 feet. Hitting longer putts may cause damage to your club or personal injury.
How many balls are in the pack?
Three.
Is it normal to double hit at first?
Yes. You will not be used to the weight, so a few double hits are expected while you learn to carry momentum through the ball.
How should I start?
Roll putts a few feet and make about 25 strokes.
