Questions, answered

Can it go outdoors?

Yes. Every standard model is rated for indoor and outdoor use, with no change to the base or the turf: the panels drain, and the turf is the same TourPutt Ultimate either way.

What is the warranty?

10 years on the turf and 5 years on the panels. The full terms are on the warranty and returns page.

Can I move it?

Yes, completely. The panels clip together without tools and come apart the same way, and the turf is one piece that rolls up. Move it room to room, inside to out, or to the next house.

Can I add breaks and undulation?

Yes. The Easy Breaks and Undulations Kit (sold separately) is four 24 in square foam sheets, two a quarter inch thick and two a half inch, laid on the floor under the panels. The base rides up over them and the turf follows, so you get uphill, downhill and breaking putts. There is no fixed layout: cut, stack or move the sheets whenever you like.

Are the panels flexible?

On their own, no. Each panel weighs 8 lb and has a honeycomb underside, which makes the base stiff enough to drive a truck over. Joined together over undulation material, the base flexes to follow it, which is how the green takes smooth, rolling breaks.

Do I need tools to put it together?

No. The panels interlock by hand on a flat floor, the turf is laid over them, and the cups and markers drop into the pre-drilled positions. The Assemble button above shows the order.

Can the cups go somewhere else?

Yes. The standard layout is the one shown; if you want the cups elsewhere, say so when you order or call 844-776-7888.

How fast does it roll?

11.5 Stimp, measured with a USGA Stimpmeter on a level installed surface. On carpet underlay it rolls slower. How green speed is measured.

How does it arrive?

Disassembled, by freight: the panels and one rolled turf, cut to the shape of the base with no excess.
